Founded in 1628, Collegiate School is a K-12 independent school for boys in New York City. It is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and is a member of both the New York Interschool and the Ivy Preparatory School League.

Boys’ Education
We are proud to be a school for boys. We believe boys’ education allows our boys to become their authentic selves as their growth can be focused on the unique ways boys learn and develop.
Our Divisions
Lower School
Collegiate Lower School is a place of wonder, joy, and learning for boys in kindergarten through grade 4.

Middle School
The Middle School at Collegiate serves boys in grades 5–8 and is designed to instill curiosity, courage, and confidence into adolescence.

Upper School
Collegiate’s Upper School offers boys in grades 9–12 a robust set of opportunities designed to allow students to shape their learning and pursue their interests wherever they may lead.
