The Red Doors Return

On March 28, as students, faculty, and staff returned from spring break, a wonderful transformation greeted them: the front doors at 301 Freedom Place South had been painted red, the same color as the iconic doors at Collegiate’s historic building on West 77th Street (as well as the West End Avenue gates and the West 78th Street entrance). Painting the doors was an initiative of the Class of 2022 with the support of student government, led by student government president Matthew Kuster ’22, who also encouraged students, faculty, and staff to wear red to celebrate. Thanks to them, Collegiate can once more welcome everyone at the Red Doors!
