Kindly follow the steps on your division’s admission page paying close attention to any deadlines. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

We suggest you submit your application as soon as possible to ensure ample time for scheduling required appointments and tests. We also offer many touchpoints to learn more about Collegiate and you do not want to miss these sessions! The family portion of the application must be completed by November 15, 2024, to be considered for admission. School reports and test results for a complete application file are due by January 6, 2025.

Yes. It is $85.00.  Application fees are waived for financial aid applicants and current employees of Collegiate. 

Annual admission is offered into grades Kindergarten and 9. For admission into other grades, please refer to our Entry and Non-Entry Grades Policy located on the right sidebar here.

Yes, your son must be 5 by September 1 of the kindergarten year.

These are not required.

All applying boys participate in the process via required in-person applicant visits. This may include playgroups, team activities, and group discussions. Please visit the division specific checklists for information on expectations for applicants.

Families who submit applications for kindergarten, grade 9, and non-entry grades may sign up for a tour.

Families do not need to submit an application to attend an open house, but registration is required. These Open House events are for parents/guardians only. Please be mindful that spaces are limited for families applying for the 2025-2026 school year.

Yes. Tuition is bundled to be inclusive of all fees, supplies, books, and academic trips.

Yes, Collegiate prioritizes a robust financial aid budget and is strongly committed to socio-economic diversity. We ensure that financial considerations do not prevent a student and his family from joining our community, and we support an accessible, immersive education experience for talented students across socio-economic levels. 

Decisions are announced in early, mid, and late February 2025 based on the grade of application. We notify sibling and legacy families of the decision in early December.
