Apply to Upper School

We are so delighted you are considering applying to Collegiate’s Upper School for your son. New students are admitted into Grade 9 annually and into Grade 10, 11, and 12 when  openings permit. Please see below the steps required for completing your application for admission. Applicants to Grade 9 can begin the application process immediately. Applicants to Grades 10, 11 and 12 should contact the Admissions Office for a non-entry grade fee waiver code and then proceed with submitting the application, applicant work sample, and parent copies of the two previous years' report cards. We will be in touch if any potential openings occur in these non-entry grades and we are able to offer the complete application process.
