Apply to Upper School
We are so delighted you are considering applying to Collegiate’s Upper School for your son. New students are admitted into Grade 9 annually and into Grade 10, 11, and 12 when openings permit. Please see below the steps required for completing your application for admission. Applicants to Grade 9 can begin the application process immediately. Applicants to Grades 10, 11 and 12 should contact the Admissions Office for a non-entry grade fee waiver code and then proceed with submitting the application, applicant work sample, and parent copies of the two previous years' report cards.
