Apply to Middle School
We are so delighted you are considering applying to Collegiate’s Middle School for your son. New students are admitted into Grades 5, 6, and 7 annually and into Grade 8, when openings permit. Please see below the steps required for completing your application for admission. Applicants to Grades 5, 6, and 7 can begin the application process immediately. Applicants to Grade 8 should contact the Admissions Office for a non-entry grade fee waiver code and then proceed with submitting the application, applicant work sample, and parent copies of the two previous years' report cards. We will be in touch if any openings occur in these non-entry grades and if we are able to offer the complete application process.
