Finding a Sense of Purpose—William Damon at Collegiate

As part of our ongoing community-wide discussion of values, Collegiate invited Stanford professor, acclaimed scholar of human development, and author William Damon to speak to and with our boys and with parents. During the day, students had the opportunity to hear him speak and to engage him in conversation about his research into the finding of or determining a purpose for your life, its definition and importance, and the ramifications of either not having a purpose or of having too narrow a focus.






Reunion 2008 a Big Success
Reunion 2008, held on Thursday and Friday, May 1 and 2, was another big success.




Spring Reception for College-Age Alumni
Alumni in the classes of 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 are invited to the annual Spring Reception with the faculty on Tuesday, June 3, at 4:00 PM in the Dining Room.  Faculty members look forward to hearing how the school year has gone, what plans are in place for the summer, and for the Class of 2004, what are the "next steps."  Be sure to attend.
