The Alumni Council is eager to involve more alumni in its organization and activities. There are many opportunities listed below, and we encourage you to express your interest in volunteering.

Class Committee
The Class Committee is appointed by and serves under the leadership of the Class Agents to keep the class connected to each other and to the school by periodically contacting them to update their address information, submit class news for publications, remind and invite them to alumni and/or school events, encourage their participation in the Alumni Annual Fund, and plan class events and reunions.
Depending on the size of the class, the Committee should consist of approximately 5-8 members. Each member will be assigned specific classmates and will be responsible for contacting them several times each year.
Class Agent
Class Agents are the leaders of their class, keeping them connected to each other and to the school.
As both “friendraisers” and “fundraisers,” the Agents work to: collect class news, invite classmates to alumni and school events, plan class reunions, encourage participation in the Alumni Annual Fund, and recruit and lead their Class Committees.
Decade Chairmen
Decade Chairmen, two for each decade, help develop a more cohesive, focused and energetic Alumni Association by working with Class Agents and by helping to identify new leadership within the Association.
Alumni Council
The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Alumni Association. Members are elected to three-year terms, and serve on Council committees.
The Council meets twice a year, and is led by an Executive Committee.
Regional Receptions
Alumni events are periodically held in Boston, Washington, San Francisco, Los Angeles and other cities.
Alumni living in those areas are needed to help plan events and to encourage attendance.
Phonathon Callers
Alumni help raise funds for Collegiate by participating in the fall and spring Phonathons.
