All of us at Collegiate work every day to combine rigorous academic preparation with a consistent commitment to encouragement of and support for all in our community.  With high aspirations for itself and its students, Collegiate educates boys from kindergarten through twelfth grade. With approximately 630 boys in thirteen grades, our small class size encourages strong, resilient, supportive, and trusting friendships among the boys and close relationships between the boys and their teachers. The School’s ethos of generosity and respect further underscores the importance of sustained and supportive relationships throughout the community.

 

Challenging and intense, our academic curriculum nevertheless encourages collaboration and cooperation. This curriculum is complemented and completed by significant offerings in the fine arts, drama, music, and a range of team sports. Located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, the school takes advantage of all New York City has to offer culturally; in addition, we are committed to reaching out to the greater community with service opportunities available for each grade.
